- 1 cup of high-quality olive oil (extra virgin olive oil is recommended)

- 1/4 teaspoon of salt

- 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes

- 1/4 teaspoon of rainbow peppercorns

Instructions:

  1. Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves.
